This girl isn’t much of a jegging wearer. In fact, I don’t own a pair. Until now, that is. I had always hated the tapered leg of a more traditional skinny jean, but loved the sleek fit they give. Skinny jeans are one of those trends that look SO good on certain body types that it makes EVERYONE want to wear them, but they just don’t suit all body types. I’m a part of the latter category that just can’t make a true skinny jean work.
The people of Cult of Individuality have managed to give me exactly what I had been looking for: A skinny jean with just enough flare to skim the top of my shoes. Um, hello, they must be listening to my inner fashion thoughts. The flare is so subtle, yet gives your denim a clean line from waist to ankle…I hate to even call it a flare, but my vocabulary fails me for a better option. My secret OCD can now rest, I don’t have to look down at my ankles and have a mini anxiety attack because my denim is bunched at my ankle and perched precariously above my shoe.   I feel like the flare balances my shape, and gives me that precious elongation we’re all after.
So there you have it. Put your skinny jean anxiety to rest. There is an answer out there, and it is definitely Cult of Individuality.
