Military/WWII/ Old Americana:  Fall 2010 is all about paying homage to the true fabrics of the spirit of Old Americana and Work-Wear.

Evisu’s debut of men’s sportswear marks the brands transition into an all-encompassing lifestyle brand revamped with Morrison’s aesthetic. The denim collection provides insight into the new direction of the brand with an emphasis on quality, craftsmanship, and heritage. Each unique piece (t-shirts, wovens, knits, jackets, trousers, outwear, and hats) incorporates a “Reference” to an iconic era, style, or trend. Their Navy Deck Jacket references a 1944 WWII Standard Issue Navy Pea-Coat and their Work-Wear shirt references a 1929 Work-Wear Blazer, the uniform of the workingman since the Great Depression.

4 Stroke introduces Birthright Blue for Autumn/Winter 2010. Inspired by parent company Aalfs Manufacturing and reads like a playbook from America’s rich denim heritage.  Creative Director, Nathaniel Freeman, modernized classic silhouettes as a nod to Aalfs’ denim achievements since 1892 and their Military ties during World War II.  The A/W collection blends an Americana feel with a New York City aesthetic to create a rugged-antique vibe for men.
