DEGAINE1

Dégaine: [degεn]: This French slang word appeared in Paris in the late 80’s to define a certain style or for someone with style. Ex: You have a cool Degaine today.

Being Dégaine is to create an attitude that stands out of ordinary Fashion. It is the translation of your personality into a dress code that will surf the waves of modern trends.

Dégaine is the pursuit of self-expression, a way of life, a philosophy… for confident people only.

About Wayne Joffe

Wayne Joffe started his Wayne Hadly collection at 23 years of age to fill the void in the marketplace of high-quality, well-tailored menswear with a modern edge. Wayne Hadly was founded in 2005, with an overwhelming positive response from celebrities, fashion editors and international buyers. To date, Joffe is best known for his uncompromising attention to detail and sharp silhouettes.

Not one to follow trends, but create them, the Wayne Hadly collection was refined each season with influences and inspiration from travel, music, art and nature. The 27 year old Joffe has no formal training in fashion design, which makes his collections all the more impressive.

In 2009 Joffe left his last collection behind and took position as head designer and creative director of Degaine. Joffe brings his prior experiences and beliefs along with him while continuing founder Gregory Abbou’s vision, to create a label synonymous with style, character and comfort.
